Morgenster’s crew is at least 4 persons. Often more because:

-    Sail training is very intensive. The trips are overnight.  To instruct and coach the trainees we prefer to enlarge the crew.
-    On daytrips a high level of catering and entertainment demands an enlarged crew.
-    Most of the time we have extra future crew in training.

The crew pool around ‘Morgenster’is steadily growing. Some are crewing as a full profession, others volunteer for shorter periods.

For some periods of 2010's sailing season we are looking for a cook, a mate and a licenced deck rating.
