The Morgenster has a minimum crew of four people.
Often more because our sail training trips are very intense.

Also at different events and trips, we add crew
for the catering and entertainment.
There are often additional crew members for training in our program.

Some sail professionally and stay for a longer time on board.
Others go as a volunteer in leisure and vacation.

Sometimes we have vacancies.
